MARCUS E. GARCIA practice areas include civil trial litigation, tort litigation, insurance, construction defects and disputes, business and commercial, employment, and pro bono.
Mr. Garcia has tried cases in New Mexico district courts and has handled administrative proceedings before local, state and federal agencies. He has appeared before the Supreme Court for the State of New Mexico and the Court of Appeals for the State of New Mexico. In Federal court, he has been to trial in the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico, appeared before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Mexico and argued before the Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit on appeal.

Mr. Garcia attended the University of New Mexico, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in 1990. He attended law school at Washington & Lee University School of Law, where he graduated with a Juris Doctorate in 1993. He was admitted to the State Bar of New Mexico in 1994; the U.S. District Court, District of New Mexico, in 1996; and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit, in 1998.
